January 25, 2016

Day 15 – INSANITY – Plyo Cardio Circuit and ABS

Ok, so I spent the weekend (Jan 23rd and 25th) completing the MB Group Fitness Leader course so I didn’t do any INSANITY.

BUT, I basically worked out all day Saturday and all day Sunday! I’m sooooo excited to teach my own classes. I am NERVOUS though. What if no shows up…Oh well I guess….I wanted to do this, now is the time.

Couple things about my workout this morning:

I did the AB workout again too. Jack did a good job filming. But he had to steal the phone away from Katie…as usual.

I’m really sore from working out all day yesterday, but got it done.

Day 16 – INSANITY – Cardio Power and Resistance

So I did workout out today! I’m just late posting today. Sorry, I’ve been running around all day it feels like!

Nothing crazy about this workout except that I HATE this move…WITH A PASSION.

But, I also posted my HIIT class and I was sooooo nervous about doing it… but I think there will be a good group attending! SO excited. It’s going to fun to work out with a bunch of other moms just trying to get in shape like me. If we are all nervous together…we will all get over it together too.

Day 17 – INSANITY – Pure Cardio

Sigh. I’m tired today.  I think I over did it yesterday. I doubled up on the workouts (which I said I wouldn’t do…but sometimes I just feel like I need to get out my stress or extra energy). But now today I just feel drained…. Every move was a struggle.

I’m going to take it easy tonight and go to bed early.

Day 18 – INSANITY – Cardio Recovery (But I did Max 30 Sweat instead and the warm-up from Plyo Cardio

Honestly my energy level is so insane these I feel like I need to tire myself out. I need to workout like this every day….fro my sanity! lol Good day today.

Day 19 – INSANITY – Cardio Power and Resistance 

So, Jack wasn’t on his game today…he took a 4 second video…still evidence I worked out though.
I actually did INSANITY MAX 30 (Friday Fight) and the warm-up for Cardio Power and Resistance (I know, I’m making it harder, but I have too much energy and I need to burn it).
And I also did some practice rounds for next Tuesday’s class.
Seriously. My energy level has just never been so F***** up there. Loving it.
When I first started though…I did feel really tired a lot and I basically dreaded the workouts sometimes, but now…after all the hard work…I’m reaping the rewards.
Hang in there everyone. You are doing awesome. I promise you…this is worth it!

Day 20 –INSANITY – MAX 30: Friday Fight Month 2

I love Max 30 because it is the HARDEST and it’s only 30 minutes. Listen to the volume to hear Jack’s special contribution to the video! lol

Jack is filming me doing Lat Pushups. They are soooo hard but so good for the shoulders, triceps and lats!
