February 29 – INSANITY Max 30 – Sweat (Month 2)
Was tired today. Felt sickish this morning so all the moves felt slow. BUT still felt way better doing it…as opposed to skipping.
March 1 – INSANITY Max 30 – Sweat (Month 1)
I love Max 30. INSANITY in 30 minutes. This morning I felt good! Energized…Probably because of yesterday’s HIIT class. I love teaching the classes because they completely give me motivation to keep working hard! When I see everyone else killing it…I push myself that much harder throughout the week!
I didn’t realize what he was up to until I saw the video after…what a kid! lol
March 3 – INSANITY Max 30 – SWEAT INTERVALS – Month 2
Early morning….late night….Getting excited for spring and being able to exercise OUTSIDE!
March 4 – INSANITY – FRIDAY Fight – MONTH 2
I want SPRING! I am sick of the eternal darkness of winter…but with that said I am so excited to jump into spring feeling so happy and healthy!
March 5 – INSANITY – Max 30 – Cardio Month 2
Well here it is! 6 weeks completed of INSANITY Basically EVERY DAY.
I love INSANITY so much because:
